Ian Pickles has over thirty years experience in the animal feed industry, with most of his career spent within the Alternative Feeds business. Ian's farming upbringing and nutritional background make him able to advise farmers with impartiality so often rare nowadays. Ian runs all aspects of blending in the North and Midlands, from the purchase of raw materials to individual blend specifications through to nutritional support.

Judith Clayton joined the team in October 2007 in support of Ian. She has twenty years experience of dealing with farmers and has enjoyed immediate success in support of many feed specialists on farm. Judith's nutritional background allows her also to look objectively at farm situations finding a solution for each individual customer.

James joined the blends team in May 2010 having successfully completed the company graduate trainee programme in roles with the blends team, molasses trading and monogastric compounds. His role within the Sherburn team involves working with suppliers as well as customers where he is already quickly building contacts at both ends of the supply chain.

Pamela Dash

Customer Support

Pam Dash joined the business nearly four years ago, but soon moved across to take control of the administration of blends in the North and Midlands. Pam deals with the blend sites, hauliers and suppliers as well as farmers, so is well placed to meet the needs of everyone in the chain. Pam is the point of contact for all delivery requests for loads already contracted, as well as repeat orders of existing blends.
