The KW Compass Programme

Over the last three years KW has worked with a small group of farmers across the UK to support them on a step-by-step journey towards more profitable farming. In future months we’re hoping to add more farms, in strategic areas, to The Compass Programme.

At each farm, members of the KW technical team have worked alongside the local sales specialists and farm management to identify barriers to profitability and implement the relevant changes.

Our involvement has gone well beyond the realm of just feed - impacting labour structure, veterinary input and infrastructure. It’s been a challenging and exciting three years and we now feel the time is right to share our results with both our existing customers and the broader agricultural community.
